Tribe vs Hero
As you'll notice each unique challenge # actually indicates WHO the challenge is for (Hero, Tribe, Guide, Parent, Family)
- "HC-..." or "HE-..." = Hero Level
- "TC-..." or "TE-..." = Tribe Level
While each is delivered with the same simple recipe, the purpose of each is actually quite different:
In other words:
- Tribe Level Challenges + Experiments are designed for the Tribe to tackle Tribe-Level issues as a together.
- Hero Level Challenges + Experiments are designed for the individual Hero to tackle solo.
- CAUTION: Avoid the temptation to use Tribe-Level Challenges or Experiments to try and address an individual Hero's poor choices - it's often a huge waste of time and energy. To ensure this doesn't happen, when a problem/issue arises in the Studio, before taking any action, always ask:
- Does the majority of the Tribe agree that it's actually a problem?
- Is it being caused by an individual, a small group (clique or Sub Tribe) or a majority of the Tribe?
- Does the majority of the Tribe agree that they are ready to take action?
