Proposal for New Servant Leader Position

 

NOTES:

• Part of a larger Hand-Off Playlist:
1. Learners Brainstorm + Prioritize Responsibilities/Jobs to take over.
2. Servant Leader Position Proposals are created (see below example) - preferably by learners, if possible.
   
3. Tribe Challenge created/completed to "unlock" the position
4. Learners complete Tribe Challenge, celebrate (potentially with a ritual?) and take over.
5. Changes to position responsibilities/qualifications/etc. can be made via Town Hall with a super majority vote (needed to change a Studio Process or System) or be tested out with a Tribe Experiment with a simple majority vote (needed to run a Tribe Experiment).
